USAGE
- Before coloring your brows, apply petroleum jelly to your face.
- Add 1 ml of dye and 12 drops of activator.
- Mix for 2 minutes.
- Using the wand, color the brows to the desired thickness.
- Leave on for 10-15 minutes and rinse with water.
