Terms of use

1. About the service

Unikorb (“the service”, “we”) is a free service that shows products of Albanian online shops in one catalogue and, on your instruction, places orders with those shops in your name. The service is provided by Unikorb.

We are not the seller of any goods. The sales contract is concluded directly between you and the shop on the shop's terms. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. Account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You provide a true name, phone number and address — the shop receives them for delivery.
• You keep access to your account safe (Telegram, Google, password).
• You can delete your account at any time in your profile.

3. Placing an order

By confirming an order you instruct us to place it with the listed shops in your name, using your contact details and address. Before placing it we re-check price and availability on the shop's site; if they changed, we ask you to confirm again.

We place orders once you confirm them. We may decline to place an order if an item is unavailable, the shop does not accept it or there are signs of abuse; we will tell you if so.

4. Prices, translations and currencies

Prices, stock, descriptions and images come from the shops' sites and may change. The final price is the one confirmed by the shop. Translations are automatic and may be inaccurate; the shop's original description prevails. Amounts in euro, dollars or hryvnia are approximate conversions; all amounts are settled in lek (ALL) only.

5. Payment and delivery

You pay the shop for the goods and delivery — in cash to its courier on delivery. We do not accept payments for goods. Delivery times and fees are set by the shop.

6. Cancellation, refusals and problems

• Until the order is placed with the shop, you can cancel it yourself in “My orders”.
• After that, we pass your cancellation request to the shop; cancellation is possible while the shop accepts it.
• Refusing a parcel at delivery without good reason costs the shop money. After two such refusals we may restrict ordering.
• Report problems with “Report a problem” on the order page — we help you reach the shop.

7. Warranty, exchanges and returns

Product quality, warranty, exchanges and returns are the shop's responsibility under its rules and consumer protection law. We help pass your request to the shop but cannot decide on its behalf.

8. Free service and donations

The service is free. Supporting the project is a voluntary donation: it is not a payment for services, gives no benefits and is not refundable.

9. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for placing your order exactly as per your details and the confirmed basket. We are not liable for the actions of shops and couriers, delivery delays, the quality or conformity of goods, or temporary unavailability of the service. The service is provided “as is”.

10. Blocking

We may restrict or block an account for false details, repeated parcel refusals, abuse of support or attempts to disrupt the service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page, and we announce material changes in advance.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. See Contacts.
