Each capsule of Ultra Omega 3·6·9 provides:

• Omega-3: from fish oil (produced in Norway)
• Omega-6: from blackcurrant seed oil (“Ribes nigrum”) and pumpkin seed oil.
• Omega-9: from olive oil

Ultra fish oils are a rich source of the essential fatty acids DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), which support our health and wellbeing.

EPA and DHA are classified as essential fatty acids because the human body can synthesise them only in limited amounts, so they must be obtained through diet.
