Sinusol Marjoram nasal spray solution is formulated on the basis of a hypertonic sea salt solution with added essential oils of basil and marjoram, N-acetylcysteine and propolis.

The sea salt solution, which is the base of the nasal spray, is a hypertonic solution (2.33).

The synergistic effect of all the ingredients in the product helps clear the airways, eliminates excess secretion and has a powerful antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effect, which is important for sinus problems, whether chronic or acute sinusitis.
