Usage:

• When measuring blood pressure, place the cuff on the left arm, 1-2 cm above the elbow, and hold in a seated position.
• Place the stethoscope gauge under the cuff, under the tubes connected to the device, and insert the stethoscope ends into your ears.
• Close the air circulation valve on the bulb by turning the screw clockwise.
• Inflate the valve by squeezing with your right hand, and start to hear your pulse in the stethoscope.
