Reusable Menstrual Cup
Our reusable menstrual cup is a sustainable alternative to disposable tampons or pads. With a smooth finish for added comfort, this cup holds up to four tampons and can be worn for up to 12 hours, including overnight.
Size A is ideal for first-time cup users and those who have not given birth vaginally.
Size B is perfect for those with heavy flow, experienced cup users and those who have given birth vaginally.
Our menstrual cups are available in two sizes to suit your needs and flow.
Size A is perfect for moderate to heavy flow, first-time cup users and those who have not given birth vaginally, with a capacity equivalent to 3 tampons.
Size B is ideal for very heavy flow, experienced cup users and those who have given birth vaginally, with a capacity equivalent to 4 tampons.
Usage:
Before first use, boil the cup in water for 20 minutes.
Wash your hands before starting. To prepare for insertion, start by folding the cup. The most popular method is the 'C-fold': press the cup together and fold it in half.
Try different positions to help you relax, such as sitting on the toilet, lifting one leg or squatting.
Place the cup at the entrance of the vagina and insert it slowly, aiming towards the lower back, not upwards.
Once the cup is fully inserted, release it and let it open. The stem may protrude outside for some people. To make sure a proper seal has formed, run your finger around the base of the cup to check there are no folds or dimples.
To remove, gently squeeze the base of the cup to break the suction seal, then pull it slowly and carefully out.
Do not pull on the stem as this may cause suction and discomfort.
Empty the cup into the toilet or sink. Rinse with water.
Reinsert the cup or, if your cycle has ended, boil it in water for 5-10 minutes to disinfect before storing it for your next cycle.
