RefluxAid nipio is an anti-reflux syrup for babies from 0 months and children up to 3 years old. It is used for symptoms related to gastro-oesophageal reflux and oesophagitis. Use of the product reduces burning sensation (heartburn), regurgitation, a feeling of lump in the throat when swallowing (dysphagia), painful swallowing (odynophagia), cough and hoarseness.

Our anti-reflux line combines high-viscosity magnesium alginate with a plant extract and acts as a protective internal barrier for the stomach, reducing burning and acidity in the oesophagus caused by reflux.

Alginates are polysaccharides extracted and purified from seaweed. Alginate mechanically blocks reflux: upon reaching the stomach, it precipitates and forms a floating gel that acts as a barrier against reflux.
