Determine your fertile days easily with daily basal temperature measurement. To determine your fertile days as accurately as possible, it is helpful to check your basal body temperature (= waking temperature). Your body temperature changes within a monthly cycle, but these changes are similar in every cycle. In the first phase of the cycle, basal body temperature is usually around 36.5 °C. The closer you get to ovulation, the lower it falls. On the day of ovulation, or one day later, the temperature then usually rises above 37 °C, only to fall again. By recording your daily basal temperature, you should be able to determine your fertile days quite accurately after just 3 monthly cycles.

High measuring accuracy Display with two decimal places To achieve the most accurate assessment of measured values, it is important to know about every small change in temperature. The precise display of the measured value with two decimal places also informs you of small temperature changes, so you can track your cycle precisely. Please note that a measuring time of at least 3 minutes is necessary for accurately determining basal temperature.

Comfortable measurement with a flexible tip For reliable recording, measurement should always be carried out in the same place. Basal temperature can be taken orally (in the mouth) very relaxed, to the left or right of the lingual frenulum.
