Royal jelly, the creamy substance bees feed to the future queen, is a rich source of proteins, amino acids, lipids, vitamins and minerals. Royal jelly is rich in vitamins A, B, C, D, E, which contribute to the normal functioning of metabolic processes, energy production and protection of cells from oxidative stress*. At the same time, propolis and honey are rich sources of nutrients. Furthermore, wheat is part of the cereals food category that should be consumed every day and is the main source of energy.
