Pregnavital is a dietary supplement or food product with BioPure DHA®, vitamins and minerals.

DHA intake by the mother contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the foetus and of breastfed infants. The possible effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 200 mg DHA, which for adults corresponds to omega-3 fatty acids, 250 mg DHA and EPA.

Iron, vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Folate helps support the healthy growth of maternal tissues. Take one tablet and one soft capsule a day, swallowed with water, preferably before or during a meal.

Can be started from the third month, throughout the week and during lactation.
