Flow:

Choose from two absorbency levels to match your flow:

• Regular ●●○○

For light to medium flow. Absorbs 6-9g of menstrual fluid (about 1 teaspoon).

• Super ●●●○

For medium to heavy flow. Absorbs 9-12g of menstrual fluid (about 2 teaspoons).

Always use the lowest absorbency for your flow and change your tampon every 4-8 hours.

Usage:

Remove the tampon wrapper, but keep the applicator in place. For comfort and ease, we recommend trying different positions, such as sitting or standing, to find the most comfortable way to reach the vagina. If you feel discomfort, your tampon may not be inserted correctly. Always use the lowest absorbency for your flow and change your tampon every 4-8 hours.
