Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine) acts as an enzyme catalyst in many processes in the body, including metabolism and neurotransmitter function.

Before it can be used for these purposes, it must be converted into its coenzyme form (P-5-P) by the liver. P-5-P bypasses this step by providing B-6 already in its converted form, allowing greater bioavailability.

Usage: take one gelatin capsule per day with food.
