Resveratrol is a natural polyphenol found in the skin of red grapes, some forest berries and other plants. Recent studies suggest that resveratrol may be important for the health and functions of the cardiovascular system.

Resveratrol is best known for its anti-ageing properties and its ability to stimulate a biological response to stress. To complement the properties of trans-resveratrol, this product provides proanthocyanidins from grape seed extract and catechins from green tea extract.

Usage: take 2 capsules daily.
