As the most abundant protein in mammals, collagen makes up about 30% of the body's protein. NOW® Multi Collagen contains collagen from three sources: beef, chicken and fish. This combined product provides natural type I and III collagen from beef, type II collagen from chicken bone broth, and fish collagen. The beef collagen in this product comes from cattle free of BSE and hormones.

Usage: Mix 2 1/2 tablespoons daily in 235 ml of water, juice or your favorite drink. Stir well before use.
