NOW® Brewer's Yeast contains B-group vitamins, botanicals, minerals and other ingredients such as amino acids and B-glucan. No other synthetic additives. Thiamine (Vit. B1), riboflavin (Vit. B2), vitamin B6, niacin, folic acid, biotin and pantothenic acid are naturally present in this yeast.
Usage: 3 tablets, 3 times a day with food.
