NeoFitoroid BioPomata

NeoFitoroid BioPomata is a product based on molecular complexes that protects and soothes the ano-rectal mucosa, helping to fight discomfort (pain, burning and itching), irritation and inflammation present in cases of haemorrhoids.

INDICATIONS:

NeoFitoroid BioPomata is indicated for the treatment of haemorrhoids (internal and external) and the associated symptoms such as pain, burning and itching of the anal and perianal area. It can also be used in the presence of anal fissures.

NeoFitoroid BioPomata may also be useful for prevention and in all situations that may cause irritation and/or congestion of the anal and perianal area (constipation, diarrhoea, unsuitable food and lifestyle habits). NeoFitoroid BioPomata is also suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

HOW IT WORKS:

The action of NeoFitoroid comes from Helydol®, a dry extract made of the purified lipophilic fraction of a specific selection of Helichrysum, enriched with Aloe, Ruscus, vegetable and essential oils, which soothes irritation, protecting the mucosa and favouring its normalisation through 3 mechanisms of action:

•

Mucoadhesive: adheres to the mucosa, forming a barrier film that protects it from contact with irritating agents;

•

Lubricating: reduces friction with stool, protecting against irritation and perianal congestion;

•

Antioxidant: protects the mucosa from free radicals.

In addition, NeoFitoroid creates an unfavourable environment for the growth of microorganisms, showing an additional protective effect and reducing itching. Its cooling properties provide quick relief from discomfort.

NeoFitoroid contains no corticosteroids or anaesthetics and, thanks to its mechanism of action, does not irritate or dry out the mucosa.

For external use, spread and gently massage onto the anal and perianal area. For internal use, screw the suitable endorectal cannula onto the tube. Apply a sufficient amount of ointment to cover the affected area. Use the product after defecation and after careful, gentle washing of the anal and perianal area. To obtain a preventive effect against friction irritation, the treatment can be carried out before defecation, remembering to apply the product afterwards as well.

After use, unscrew the cannula, clean it carefully with warm water and soap and close the ointment tube. The application can be repeated several times a day, even at short intervals, and for long periods.
