Plum: The plum fruit is traditionally known for its effect on intestinal transit. The dried plum extract contains beneficial phenolic compounds for gut well-being.

Mannitol & Lactulose: Two sugars that are not absorbed in the intestine but, thanks to their osmotic action, draw water to increase stool volume for easier evacuation.

Usage instructions

Adults are recommended to take 3-5 chewable gummies per day, preferably in the evening before going to bed, with a glass of water.
