Multivitamix® Vitamin D

Multivitamix® Vitamin D is recommended when supplementation with vitamin D is needed, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and the maintenance of normal muscle function. This supplement with a high vitamin D content (50 µg), corresponding to 1,000% of the Nutrient Reference Values (NRV), per tablet, provides the maximum permitted dose for a food supplement, equivalent to 2,000 IU (international units). Vitamin D plays an essential role in important biological functions, helping to synthesise endorphins, serotonin and dopamine, neurotransmitters that regulate mood and combat depressive symptoms. Vitamin D deficiency mainly affects people with insufficient exposure to sunlight, children who do not spend enough time outdoors, adults who stay many hours indoors, and especially the elderly. This product is gluten-free and lactose-free.

Dosage

Take 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning.
