Lamberts Multi-Guard® Iron Free, 60 tablets

This comprehensive multiple formulation provides a wide range of key nutrients at clinically relevant levels, but we have made this formulation iron-free. There are various reasons why an iron-free formula may be suitable: for those with iron sensitivity, or for postmenopausal women and men over 50 who require less iron in their diet with age, or for those who take iron separately, for example together with Florisene®, for hair loss.

The formula contains vitamins C, E, A, D, B6, B12, folic acid, selenium, zinc and copper, which are important for the immune system/natural defences. Plus, excellent levels of B vitamins, which are essential for energy metabolism / converting food into energy. We have also included lutein and zeaxanthin, which are often recommended for those with low intake of fruits and green and orange vegetables.

We have also left iodine out of the formulation for those with thyroid concerns in mind.

Contains vitamin A, do not take if you are pregnant/expect to become pregnant or are breastfeeding, unless advised by a doctor.
