Methyl Folate 400ug, the methylated form of folate, offers optimal absorption and utilisation in the body. It is estimated that 30-40% of the population does not methylate folate and needs a biologically active form of folate to ensure methylation processes in the body are not limited. Methylation is essential for activating many molecules, and optimising the methylation process is also associated with lower homocysteine levels. This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
