Vitamin D-3 and K-2

Mega D-3 & MK-7 combines vitamins D-3 and K-2, two well-studied nutrients for their role in bone, teeth and cardiovascular health.

Vitamin D-3 (from lanolin)

125 mcg (5,000 IU)

Vitamin K-2 (as menaquinone-7) (MK-7)

180 mcg

Take one capsule daily with a meal containing fat.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule) and silicon dioxide. Not made with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish or sesame. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Caution: For adults only. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, take any anticoagulant (such as warfarin, Coumadin®, heparin) or other medications (especially current psoriasis medications or thiazide diuretics), or have a medical condition (especially hypercalcemia, kidney disease or hyperparathyroidism). Stop use two weeks before surgery. Keep out of reach of children.
