Magnesium citrate powder 300 mg, 200 g

Magnesium is a vital mineral involved in more than 300 enzymatic reactions in the body. It can be difficult to meet your daily needs through food alone, so a supplement is an excellent option.

Highly absorbable magnesium citrate provides 300 mg of magnesium in one tasty, natural scoop that dissolves easily in your smoothie, juice or morning water.

• Supports healthy bones and teeth
• Helps with proper function, including the heart muscle
• Helps with tissue formation and metabolism
• For people with low stomach acidity
• A highly absorbable form of magnesium in a tasty cranberry-flavoured powder drink

Recommended dose (adults): add 3.3 g of powder (one 5 cc level scoop) each day to half a cup of hot water, stir and cool with cold water or your favourite juice, or as recommended by a doctor.
