LenoDiar Adults

LenoDiar Adults is indicated for the treatment of acute diarrhoea and relapses of chronic diarrhoea. The product reduces diarrhoeic stools while respecting the functioning of the intestine.

Diarrhoea is a phenomenon accompanied by a state of irritation and inflammation of the intestinal mucosa for various causes. It is characterised by an increase in secretion and/or reduced absorption of fluids, accompanied by an increase in intestinal motility.

In addition to discomfort and pain, diarrhoea carries the risk of dehydration, loss of vitamins and minerals and an imbalance of the intestinal bacterial flora.

INDICATIONS

LenoDiar Adults is indicated for the treatment of acute diarrhoea of various origins (viral infection, flu-like syndromes characterised by diarrhoea, iatrogenic diarrhoea due to taking medicines, stress conditions, inappropriate eating and lifestyle habits, travellers' diarrhoea, hormonal changes such as during the menstrual cycle) and for the treatment of relapses of chronic diarrhoea (such as IBS - irritable bowel syndrome, functional diarrhoea, inflammatory bowel diseases, etc.) in connection with specific therapeutic treatment.

The product is indicated for adults and adolescents from 12 years of age.

HOW IT WORKS

LenoDiar Adults works thanks to Actitan-P, a molecular complex resulting from Aboca research, which reduces diarrhoeic stools and normalises stool consistency, favouring rapid balance of intestinal functions.

Actitan-P fights the inflammation of the intestinal mucosa present in diarrhoea, thanks to two mechanisms of action:

1. protective action, achieved through the formation of a barrier-effect film that limits contact with microorganisms and irritating agents;

2. antioxidant action on free radicals, which fights mucosal irritation.

Thanks to the synergy of its actions, LenoDiar Adults promotes rapid recovery of intestinal functionality and balance of the bacterial flora (microbiota).

By its mechanism of action, the product works while respecting intestinal physiology and without causing constipation.
