Lamberts Zinc 25 mg *120 tablets

Zinc is a nutrient that contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, fertility and normal reproduction, and normal vision. It is also known to contribute to normal decision-making and breathing.

Each tablet contains 25 mg of zinc, in the form of citratit. This high-strength zinc supplement is for short-term use to quickly correct deficiencies. For maintenance use 15 mg.

Caution

Taking zinc on an empty stomach may be very hard on digestion. If so, it is recommended to take the zinc supplement with a meal.

Taking more than 25 mg or more may lead to anaemia.

Storage instructions

Store in a cool, dry place and protect from light.

Use:

Take 1 tablet a day with a meal, or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
