Lamberts Vitamin D3 drops *20 ml

This liquid form of vitamin D3 is an easy and beneficial way to get vitamin D and an excellent choice for the whole family.

Each drop contains 5 µg (20 IU) of vitamin D3, in a 20 ml bottle with 600 drops, so one bottle goes a long way! Vitamin D3 is suspended in a virgin olive oil base, which is tasteless and odourless, making it pleasant even for the fussiest people. We have added a blend of natural vitamin E tocopherols to the oil, an antioxidant that prevents the oil from going off. Plus it has the advantage of being preservative-free.

Storage instructions

Store in a cool, dry place and protect from light.

Use:

Adults: Take 5 drops, 25 µg (1000 IU) a day.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women: Take 2 drops, 10 µg (400 IU) a day. The Department of Health recommends that all pregnant and breastfeeding women take an additional daily supplement containing 10 µg (400 IU).

Children aged 3 years and over: Take 2 drops, 10 µg (400 IU) a day.

Remove the cap, then turn the bottle over a spoon. Measure the required number of drops onto the spoon, then swallow.
