Thiamine, or vitamin B1, is a nutrient found in food sources such as cereals, legumes, nuts and seeds. Lamberts ® Thiamin is a high-strength supplement manufactured to pharmaceutical standards. Diets low in whole foods may not provide adequate thiamine, and thiamine is known to contribute to the normal functioning of the heart, nervous system and immune system, as well as normal psychological function.
