The Lamberts ® Selenium A, C & E formula provides 200 µg selenium (twice the level found in food products) combined with varying levels of vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E.

Selenium contributes to the normal condition of nails and hair, and to the normal function of the immune system. It is also involved in protecting cells from oxidative stress (from free radicals) and plays a role in male fertility as it contributes to normal spermatogenesis.

Dietary selenium intake in the UK in the 1970s was nearly double the level we consume today, and the official reference nutrient intake for selenium for adults in the UK is now RNI. This is partly due to the reduction in imports of selenium-rich wheat from North America.

Usage:

1 tablet per day.
