Lamberts® Peppermint Oil 100 mg capsules contain pure natural peppermint oil, distilled from mint leaves. The main active components of peppermint are volatile oils, menthol, and in these capsules these volatile oils are preserved in a way that is not possible in mint sweets and peppermint tea.

In fact, the amount of menthol in each capsule is up to 12 times stronger than even the strongest mint sweets. Peppermint may help as a support aid, and once you have swallowed one of these capsules you will feel a warm sensation as the capsule releases its contents. In some countries, peppermint tea is routinely served after a meal, and in the same way we recommend swallowing one of these capsules after each main meal.

Usage:

Take 1-2 capsules per day, after a meal.
