Osteoguard® is a comprehensive formula for bone health containing calcium and magnesium, together with boron and vitamins D and K. While one tablet a day offers good health benefits, two tablets a day are preferable for those with diets low in dairy products.

Osteoguard® is an excellent partner for multivitamin products, which tend not to contain adequate levels of calcium and magnesium. Many people understand that calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, but it is also necessary for the normal function of substances such as magnesium. We use well-absorbed minerals in this product to maximise their benefit.

Usage:

Take 1 to 2 tablets per day.
