Our formula contains levels of omega 3, 6 and 9 and also provides 5 µg of vitamin D, a well-known vitamin for normal immune system function. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are essential fats in the diet, while omega-9 fatty acids are not classed as essential, but a supplement with the right balance may be possible for some people.

This unique formula therefore focuses on omega 3 from fish oil (rather than the more commonly used alpha-linolenic acid source), with each capsule providing 379 mg of essential fatty acids. The EPA level is 196 mg and DHA is 127 mg, which is higher than many other 3, 6 and 9 products available. DHA and EPA support normal heart and other functions, and DHA contributes to normal vision.

Pure borage oil is the source of omega 6 fatty acids, with each capsule containing 66 mg of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), together with 125 mg of linoleic acid.

We have chosen natural olive oil as our source of the omega 9 fatty acid, oleic acid, with each capsule providing 200 mg.

People taking prescription blood thinners (anticoagulants) or aspirin should consult their doctor before taking fish oil.

Usage:

Take 1 to 2 capsules per day.
