If you are looking for a strong, high-potency formula, we do not recommend Multi-Guard® as the best for strength and development. It is probably the most comprehensive formula for a daily dose of vitamins and minerals, and is suitable for all adults.

All the vitamins in these products are present at their respective strengths, making it a high-strength B complex, together with excellent levels of antioxidants: vitamins C and E, and in some tablets double the vitamin D content.

The micro-minerals in Multi-Guard® are what have made this product so popular with practitioners. Few multivitamin and mineral products have such a broad spectrum of trace minerals present at appropriate levels, even though these nutrients are as important as vitamins. Notably, the levels of selenium and chromium included are significant.

Multi-Guard® now contains our unique blend of plant antioxidants from green tea and rosemary extracts, providing 625 super-antioxidant ORAC units per tablet.

Caution

This product is one that, if taken in excess, can be harmful to children. Keep out of sight and reach of children.

This product contains vitamin A. Do not take if you are pregnant or may become pregnant, except on medical advice.

Do not exceed 800 mg EGCG per day.

Do not take with other green tea products.

Contains vitamin K; if you are taking anticoagulants (blood thinners), do not take this product without medical advice.

Usage:

Adults aged 18 and over take 1 tablet per day with a meal. Do not take on an empty stomach.
