Lamberts Methyl B Complex is a premium, comprehensive B-complex supplement. Instead of folic acid, it contains a form of folate called tetrahydrofolate (or 5-MTHF), as folate is the natural form found in food such as leafy green vegetables and is already active and ready for the body to use. We chose Quatrefolic®, the most advanced form of folate supplementation, safe and with optimal bioavailability for optimal methylation.

Vitamin B6 is present as pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P5P), the active form of vitamin B6, plus methylcobalamin, a superior, well-absorbed form of vitamin B12. Our Methyl B Complex includes all other B vitamins plus inositol and choline. It is yeast-free and suitable for vegetarians.

Some B vitamins are known to contribute to the normal function of the immune system and normal psychological function. Others are known to contribute to reducing tiredness and fatigue, as well as normal red blood cell formation.

Taking the product may occasionally result in a darker yellow colour of urine, which is harmless.
