It still uses bioavailable citrate; each 5.5 g spoon provides a full 375 mg of magnesium, which is 100% NRV for adults. Our highly soluble powder with a pleasant citrus flavour is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and mixes easily in a glass of water.
Usage:
- Adults: 1 level spoon (5.5 g) = 375 mg
- Children: 8-16 years (2.5 g) = 170 mg
- Children: 4-8 years (1 g) = 68 mg per day
Mix in cold water.
May be taken with or without food.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
