Warning

This product is not recommended for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding women.

Do not exceed a dose of 800 mg EGCG per day.

Do not take with other green tea products.

Usage:

Adults aged 18 and over take 1 capsule a day, always with a meal. Do not take on an empty stomach.
