Lamberts® L-Carnitine is a form that the body can absorb without needing to be broken down by digestive enzymes. Each capsule provides 500 mg of pure L-Carnitine, from 735 mg of a compound called L-Carnitine L-tartrate. Some companies label their product as 100% L-Carnitine when it is actually only 67% L-Carnitine. However, Lamberts® does this correctly, and our product is made in the United Kingdom to GMP pharmaceutical standards.

Carnitine from supplements is an amino acid compound, and due to past issues, care is advised when choosing an L-carnitine supplement, imported products.

This product is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Storage instructions

Store in an open place, protected from the sun and light.

Use:

1 capsule per day.

It is preferable to take amino acids with fruit juice or water and not with milk.

An amino acid is best taken ½ hour before each meal or before sleep.
