Lamberts Gentle Vitamin C 500mg *100 tablets

This tablet contains vitamin C in the form of calcium ascorbate, a gentle, non-acidic form of vitamin C that is believed to be easier on the stomach. Because of its acidity, vitamin C may not be ideal for sensitive people, so this product may be convenient for those taking high doses of vitamin C.

With this product up to 2 g of vitamin C (4 tablets) can be taken, and if this amount is consumed, we recommend spreading the tablets throughout the day. Each tablet may contain over 70 mg of calcium, which may contribute to individual needs if a person takes several tablets a day.

Usage:
