Lamberts ® Flaxseed Oil is an excellent alternative to fish oil, as it is 50% alpha-linolenic acid and therefore contains twice as much omega-3 per gram of weight as standard high-strength fish oils.

Alpha-linolenic acid is converted by the body into the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA as needed. The body converts alpha-linolenic acid in large amounts, but modern diets are often low in this nutrient.

Lamberts ® Flaxseed Oil is cold-pressed to preserve its quality, and the ALA is protected from oxidation; we do not use opaque capsules with vitamin E as an antioxidant. Our tests on the degree of oxidation (a freshness measure) confirm that ALA is retained throughout the product's shelf life.

Usage:

Take 1 to 3 capsules per day.
