This product is intended for long-term and post-menopausal wellbeing. The formula provides 28 nutrients at appropriate levels, including minerals and many antioxidants.

FEMA 45+ provides good levels of magnesium and calcium, as well as vitamins D and K, reflecting current thinking on bone health. In addition, B vitamins are included in limited amounts in FEMA45+, and some of them are known to help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Caution
