Echinacea is one of the best-known herbs in the world, and its popularity is based on the large amount of research carried out over the years. It is a genus of flowering herbaceous plants of the daisy family, Asteraceae. Echinacea contains a complex mix of active substances and compounds, of greatest interest being phenols. Many natural plant substances control the activity of a range of enzymes and cell receptors and protect the plant from damage by ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Phenols have antioxidant properties, which may be beneficial for humans.

This is one of the most available products, as each tablet contains 200 mg of standardised extract, equivalent to over 1000 mg of dried herbs, which is over 4000 mg of fresh herbs!

Storage instructions

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.

Usage:
