The highest-concentration components in cod liver oil are the omega-3 fatty acids called EPA and DHA, and this product from Lamberts ® taken once a day has higher levels of these two nutrients than you will find in the cod liver oil products sold in shops. Lamberts ® high-strength cod liver oil capsules are made in Malta in a factory operating to GMP pharmaceutical standards.

We use cod liver oil of the highest possible grade, which is refined through a 5-stage purification process to remove the fishy taste and keep the oil pure.

For other omega-3 content, our other capsules provide the recommended amounts of vitamins A, D and E.

Caution:

People who thin their blood with prescription medication (anticoagulants) or aspirin should consult a doctor before taking fish oil.
