Lamberts Calasorb (Calcium 800mg) *60 tablets
CalAsorb ® provides calcium in the form of citrate, which is believed to be one of the most easily absorbed forms of calcium. Three tablets provide a full 800 mg of calcium, which is the recommended daily dose.
Diets are believed to be very varied and linked to all kinds of things that play an important role in normal bone life. DoH recommends a daily intake of up to 1200 mg of calcium, which is difficult to achieve through food if the diet contains few dairy products.
Usage:
3 tablets per day.
