Lamberts Biotin 500mcg *90 capsules

This vitamin was first isolated from egg yolk in 1935; it is found in various combined forms in both animal and plant tissues. In animals it is stored in the liver. Biotin is produced by other bacteria, although antibiotics and other medications have been shown to inhibit this bacterial production of the vitamin.

The properties of biotin coenzymes are involved in the processes by which carbohydrates and proteins are metabolized for release, and in the formation of prostaglandins from essential fatty acids.

In the body it is used for the normal functioning of skin, hair, nerves and bone marrow.

Each capsule contains 500 µg of biotin.

This product is not recommended for pregnant women or during lactation.

Store in a closed place, protected from moisture and light.

Usage:

Take 1 to 3 capsules per day.
