Bio-Iron complex contains iron and vitamin B12, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and the normal functioning of the immune system.

Iron is included as bisglycinate, a form of iron that is well absorbed and tolerated by sensitive stomachs. We have included B12 as methylcobalamin, as it is ready for the body, making it suitable for all adults, including those following a vegetarian or vegan diet. They are combined with USP grade lysine, an amino acid most abundant in animal-based foods, making this supplement ideal for those following a plant-based diet.
