Lamberts A to Z multivitamin and minerals, 30 tablets

Lamberts A to Z multivitamin and minerals *30 tablets

Lamberts® AZ Multi is a once-a-day formula that provides all micronutrients, most at 100% NRV*. However, for vitamin D we have not included a double NRV, a level that is recommended to be monitored more closely.

This is a good maintenance-level supplement that is beneficial for children aged 13 and over, and a good supplement for teenagers. It contains a significant amount of iron, a mineral that can be lacking for various reasons if little red meat is eaten.

This product offers an affordable way to ensure the intake of key micronutrients so that the recommended daily intake can be achieved.

• NRV = Nutrient Reference Value
