Specially formulated to act on dry, thick plaques on the body {elbows, knees, shin (lower part below the knees) and also on the scalp.

• Quickly improves the appearance of dry, thick plaques thanks to two ingredients: glycolic acid and lactamide.
• Strengthens the skin barrier thanks to Vederine, which restores physiological hydration of the skin.
• Soothes itching and reduces redness thanks to Celastrol and Polidocanol.
• Limits plaque thickening and recurrence thanks to Ichtyol, which removes dead cells. Non-sticky, does not stain clothing. Used either as an adjunct only to medicated treatments. Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.
