Clean, natural ingredients: contain 83% spelt flour and 11% whole wheat, all from biodynamic farming (Demeter), together with organic sunflower oil, natural yeast and vitamin B1.

How to prepare:

Porridge with milk:

•

Crumble 3 rusks (about 34 g) into a bowl.

•

Heat 120 ml milk and 60 ml water.

•

Pour the hot liquid over the rusks and let them soften.

•

Mash with a fork and stir until smooth.

•

Let it cool to body temperature (about 37°C) before serving.

Fruit porridge:

•

Crumble 2 rusks (about 22 g) into a bowl.

•

Heat 140 ml water and pour over the rusks.

•

Let them soften and mash with a fork.

•

Add 100 g fresh fruit purée (such as apple, pear or banana) and mix well.

•

Let it cool to body temperature before serving.

Caution:

Do not leave the baby to chew rusks unsupervised.

•

Do not give rusks when the baby is lying down, to avoid the risk of choking.

•

Clean the baby's teeth regularly, as frequent contact with carbohydrates can damage teeth.
