Our harmonious tea blend can be drunk both before and throughout the entire breastfeeding period. It does not contain fenugreek seeds, which are known for promoting milk production. Honey, lemon verbena and a pleasant, refreshing taste.

It contains:

• Caraway 32%,
• lemon balm* 26%,
• honey bush* 18%,
• anise seeds* 15%,
• fenugreek seeds* 6%,
• lemon verbena* 3%.

Preparation:

• Pour approximately 200 ml of freshly boiled water over one tea bag and let it infuse for 5-10 min.
• Remove the tea bag and pour the organic tea into a bottle.
• Let it cool to approximately 37 °C before drinking.
• Sweetening the tea is not necessary.
