Holle's Demeter organic extra virgin olive oil provides important monounsaturated fatty acids for your baby's solid foods when breastfeeding weaning begins. You can add it to baby food from jars or homemade food from 5 months of age.

Origin and production: The cold-pressed olive oil comes from Demeter-certified biodynamic farming in Spain. It is pressed directly from olives using only mechanical methods. Strict contaminant controls and biodynamic cultivation ensure the oil is 100% free of harmful residues. The extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed, so the vitamins, colour and natural taste of the oil are preserved.

Storage: Please store in a cool place away from light. Once opened, the oil should be used within 2 months.

Recommended use with baby food:

• Add about 2 teaspoons to 200 g of puréed vegetables or puréed meat and vegetables.
• Add 1 teaspoon to 200 g of puréed fruit or fruit purée with cereals for children
