Preparation:

Boil the water and let it cool to 50°C. Pour half of the water into the bottle. The exact dose can be found on the packaging. Measure the powder accordingly and add it to the bottle. Shake the powder and half the water, then add the remaining water and shake again. Let it cool to drinking temperature (37°C).
