Product Description

The green tea extract used in this Lamberts® product is concentrated to provide a high level of active ingredients called catechins, delivering 250 mg per tablet. To ensure the best quality and a high level of active ingredients, Lamberts® extract is taken from freshly picked whole green tea leaves and without fermenting the leaves (the process that turns green tea into black tea). Just one of these tablets is equivalent to ½ litre of traditionally brewed green tea, but with a small proportion of the caffeine content of normal tea.

Green tea has recently become popular and is considered by some to be a 'superfood' due to its high antioxidant activity.

Daily intake: 1 to 2 tablets

Caution

Contains naturally occurring caffeine (25 mg to 40 mg/tablet). Not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not exceed 800 mg epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) per day. Do not take with other green tea products. Should not be taken on an empty stomach.

Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Dicalcium Phosphate, Anti-caking agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate & Stearic Acid), Tablet coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colours: Spirulina, Apple, Safflower & Lemon, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Usage & Administration

Adults over 18, take 1 to 2 tablets daily always with food.
